Yes, simply select “Pick Up” at checkout and choose your preferred date. Your flowers will be prepared fresh and ready for collection from our Rocklea store.

Absolutely. Every order includes a complimentary message card. You can add a personalised message and even a special Gift Card from our floral card range. Just customise your message at checkout. Please write in the notes section if you prefer we hand write the message for you, our florist are happy to do this.

Our delivery window runs from morning to late afternoon. Delivery times can vary based on location and daily volume, but all same-day orders are delivered on the date selected and usually before 5pm. If your order is time-sensitive (e.g. school, hospital or business hours), you can note this at checkout.

Our couriers routes are based on efficiency so we can't guarantee a specific time. That being said, we do our best to work with our customers to ensure the smoothest possible delivery process. If you have a specific delivery request, give us a call on 07 3278 0266 and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Don't worry! If nobody is home, we'll try to find a safe, cool area out of direct sunlight to leave your flowers. While it's always best to ensure someone is home we understand that sometimes this doesn't always go to plan!

Your flowers will have water in them to temporarily prevent them from drying out, but if you know that nobody will be home to accept the order, we recommend adding a vase to your order for a bit more of a buffer.

If we can't find a safe or shady spot to leave your flowers, we'll contact the recipient to arrange a better time. This may incur an additional fee.

We are open Monday - Saturday, but are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

We do our very best to ensure that we can provide exactly what you've ordered. Due to the seasonal nature of flowers and recent supply chain interruptions out of our control, this can sometimes result in us needing to substitute some of the flowers in your order.

Rest assured we will substitute flowers with equal or greater value. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

YES. Normalise giving men flowers!

Yes, we regularly deliver to Mater, PA, Greenslopes, Wesley, RBWH, and other Brisbane hospitals. Some wards have restrictions on flowers; if an issue arises, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Yes. We create thoughtful, elegant sympathy arrangements, casket flowers, and tribute pieces. If you’re unsure what to choose, our team can guide you with care, please call our dedicated florist team to discuss.

Bouquets are hand-tied flowers wrapped in our signature style, while arrangements are designed directly into a vase, ceramic, or hatbox. Arrangements include their own water source and are perfect for homes, workplaces, and hospitals where vases may not be available.

Brisbane Market Flowers will be closed for our annual Christmas break from midday on 24 December 2025 and will reopen on 19 January 2026.

During this period, online orders will be unavailable and deliveries will resume once we reopen.
