What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery?

Our cutoff time for same-day delivery is 12pm (midday) from Tuesday - Friday. Saturday deliveries we require more notice though so please have your orders in by the previous day. For more info, check out our terms & conditions page.

Where in Brisbane do you deliver?

We offer local flower delivery to most of the Brisbane region. Delivery costs do vary from suburb to suburb. To see if your suburb is covered and how much it will be, please use our shipping calculator in the checkout.

What if you don't deliver to my area?

We do our best to deliver to as many suburbs in Brisbane as we can, but some might be just a bit too far to be cost-effective for our customers. To check whether we deliver to your suburb, use the shipping calculator in our checkout.

How much are your delivery fees?

Delivery fees vary from suburb to suburb. Please use the shipping calculator in our checkout to get an accurate, up-to-date quote.

Can I organise delivery for a specific time?

We do our best to work with our customers to ensure the smoothest possible delivery process. If you have a specific delivery time or request you'd like us to work with, give us a call on 07 3278 0266 and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What if no one is home to accept delivery?

Don't worry! If nobody is home, we'll try to find a safe, cool area out of direct sunlight to leave your flowers. While it's always best to ensure someone is home we understand that sometimes this doesn't always go to plan!

Your flowers will have water in them to temporarily prevent them from drying out, but if you know that nobody will be home to accept the order, we recommend adding a vase to your order for a bit more of a buffer.

If we can't find a safe or shady spot to leave your flowers, we'll contact the recipient to arrange a better time. This may incur an additional fee.

Are you open Sunday or Monday?

Sadly not! We are open from Tuesday - Saturday though.

What if some (or all) of what I ordered isn't available?

We do our very best to ensure that we can provide exactly what you've ordered. Due to the seasonal nature of flowers and recent supply chain interruptions out of our control, this can sometimes result in us needing to substitute some of the flowers in your order.

Rest assured we will substitute flowers with equal or greater value. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Should I buy the man in my life flowers?

YES. Normalise giving men flowers!
