COVID-19 WEDDING AND EVENT POLICY

Weddings to be held during lockdown periods.

If you have a booked wedding or event and the date falls within a lockdown, or government-mandated health guidelines that affect your plans, we are happy to put your booking on hold pending notification of a new wedding date if notice is given at least 3 weeks from your date.

If your wedding or event is to be postponed due to a snap lock down or border closures and notice is given less than 3 weeks, we require one third of the total amount to be paid again in order to assist us in covering the cost to reorder your product for your new date. For example: If your total floral bill is $1500 we would require an additional $500 to reorder. Our suppliers require three weeks notice to cancel ordered product and their COVID policies require full payment of product to be made if cancelled within this three week timeframe.

We understand this is a hard time for everyone and we try to be as understanding and accommodating as we can, however as a small business we are unable to cover full cost of loss product. Thank you for your understanding.
