A minimum of $100 booking fee or 10% whichever is greater is required to secure your position. Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to wedding date. Booking Fees are non-refundable. If cancellation is made within 30 days of the wedding date all payments made are NOT refundable. Final alterations must be made 3 weeks prior to your wedding day. Hired equipment must be returned by the following Wednesday.It is at the Management’s discretion if and how much fees apply if hired equipment is not returned promptly. Delivery and set up charges apply where required. Sunday weddings are pick up Saturday during business hours.
